Das Grundger\u00fcst des Geb\u00e4udes besteht aus einem Stahlskelettbau, welches anschlie\u00dfend mit Platten verkleidet wurde.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-huge-font-size\"><strong>Eines der markanten Merkmale bildet das zylindrische Treppenhaus mit einer Fassade aus Glassteinen. Dieser Treppenturm wurde mit unterschiedlich hohen kubischen K\u00f6rpern verschachtelt bestimmt die Architektur ma\u00dfgeblich.
